Additrional funds for housing loans provided



The Serbian Government at its session today adopted a proposal of Minister Sutanovac asking for additional funds for the Long-Term Housing Loans Program for professional members of the army thus enabling the continuation of subsidies for housing loans.

Due to an increasing number of interested parties, from late May 2010 to 1 September 2010, some 150 million RSD were spent, which is the total amount for providing housing-loans for professional military men. Another 50 million RSD will be provided by redirecting the funds to the Ministry of Defense.

These funds will be enough for another 50 professional military men, the list being conditioned by the order in which complete documentation has been filed (more info at the part of the section called –HOUSING LOANS).
