Well-equipped, highly-trained and fully committed members of 63rd Parachute Brigade – guarantee for successful execution of assigned tasks

Yesterday, the Chief of the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff, General Milan Mojsilović, accompanied by his associates, visited the 63rd Parachute Brigade, stationed at the Sergeant Pilot Mihajlo Petrović military airbase in Niš.
During his visit to this elite unit of the Serbian Armed Forces, he reviewed the progress and dynamics of key tasks and ongoing projects, and issued verbal directives for the unit’s activities in the forthcoming period.

During a briefing with the Brigade’s command staff, the Chief of the General Staff expressed satisfaction with the unit’s overall condition, which has been significantly enhanced in recent years through investments – particularly in equipment, training, manning levels, and the improvement of status of its members. He underscored that, beyond material investments, it is the brigade’s exceptional proficiency, discipline, and high morale that serve as a true guarantee for the effective execution of all tasks assigned to this unit.

During the tour, the Chief of the General Staff was accompanied by the Chief of the Logistics Department (J-4), Major General Saša Petrović, and the Head of the Office of the Chief of the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff, Colonel Boris Stojković.
