Computer-Assisted Simulation Exercise conducted by Drina Brigade

In accordance with the training plan for the territorial forces of the Serbian Armed Forces, the Drina Brigade command exercise is being conducted at the Simulation Training Centre in Belgrade.
During the exercise, in a simulated operational environment, the command of this territorial brigade, to be formed by the Second Training Centre during the war, is practising for the planning, organising and conducting a defensive operation.

The focus is on training staff officers and non-commissioned officers in implementing procedures in the process of making military decisions and resolving tactical situations that may arise during combat operations. Knowledge of the principles of using territorial forces in operations, as well as cooperation with elements of the civilian environment, is also tested.
Computer-assisted simulation exercises represent an important form of practical training for commands in the Serbian Armed Forces, as they provide an opportunity for staff officers and commands to train themselves in the efficient implementation of the operational planning process and the adequate use of units in combat operations using the minimum amount of material resources.
