SAF delegation at Paris Air Show
The Chief of the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff, General Milan Mojsilović, attended today the opening ceremony of the 55th International Paris Air Show, which he was invited to by the Chief of the Joint Defence Staff of the French Armed Forces, General Thierry Burkhard.
Today and tomorrow, the Serbian Armed Forces delegation will have the opportunity to see at the Paris-Le Bourget Airport what the world-renowned defense companies have to offer, as well as achievements in aircraft and aircraft weapons development.During his visit to France, General Mojsilović met with General Thierry Burkhard with whom he discussed the current regional and global security challenges, as well as ways to further improve cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
The two generals agreed that the military-to-military cooperation between Serbia and France was comprehensive and that it helps strengthen the operational capabilities of the armed forces, as well as mutual trust and overall relations between the two countries.The International Paris Air Show is the world’s largest air show and aviation industry exhibition. This year, almost 2500 exhibitors from 48 countries are taking part in it.
