Protocol signed with SOS channel
Undersecretary of MoD Zoran Jeftic, PhD and the director of SOS sports channel in Serbia Dragisa Kovacevic signed the Cooperation Protocol today.The protocol envisions that all sports activities in the military are to be broadcast on this channel.
The protocol envisions possibilities to present everything that is currently happening in the military sports, such as various sports competitions and physical training. This protocol is the realization of the agreement we reached a month ago, which meant finding a joint interest to promote military sports, thus raising this field in the military to a new level, and we hope to improve this with the porfessionalization of the arm, as professor Zoran Jeftic explained.
Dragisa Kovacevic, the director of the SOS channel also expressed his pleasure with the signing of the protocol, by stating the following: “ We have so far always covered sports events in the army, ad hoc, but since our channel opted to cover only home sports events, and seeing that there are no irrelevant news, it was only logical to cover sports events in the military as well. With the army now completely transparent to the public, I am eager that our viewers will have the opportunity to see our military athletes with all the medals they win.
