Apply to become member of 72nd Special Operations Brigade
The Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces have launched a competition for the admission to the 72nd Special Operations Brigade. All interested candidates, patriots who want to serve their homeland honourably, can apply and become proud members of this elite unit.
What awaits future members of the 72nd Special Operations Brigade is an exciting career in a special unit, pursuit of new knowledge and skills, great training, working with top-notch armaments and state-of-the-art equipment, and a starting salary of approximately RSD 240,000.Applicants need to meet general eligibility requirements – they must be under 30 years of age, they need to be medically, psychologically and physically fit to serve in the Serbian Armed Forces, they need to have a secondary school diploma, or to be students in their final year of secondary school and to undergo security clearance in order to be admitted to military service. As for the specific eligibility requirements, candidates need to be able to swim.
Candidates who have not completed armed military service are also eligible to apply, but will be sent for basic military training to become eligible for admission to professional military service.
Candidates who meet medical requirements and pass psychological assessments will take a physical fitness test. Following this, candidates will be sent for a ten-week basic and selective training.Selected candidates will sign a fixed-term employment contract for a period of six months with the possibility of extension for a period of up to three years, as well as the contract renewal.
