Spasojevic recieved the students of the Royal College of defense
State Secretary of Defense Dusan Spasojevic received on Friday, 18 June 2010, the attendees of the Royal College of Defense from the UK in the House of Guards. He introduced the students to the reforms of the defense system, and the most important activities pertaining to international military cooperation and the current security challenges Serbia is facing.He pointed out that the main priorities in the upcoming period would be professionalization and the modernization of the army, active participation in the Partnership for peace Program and strengthening of regional capacities of MoD and SAF.
The students of the Royal College of Defense expressed special interest in the current security situation in the region and the issues regarding the defense industry of Serbia.
The students will meet with the representatives of the Ministry of Foreign, Ministry of the Interior, the Government of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina and the representatives of the local self-government.
