Today, at around 12:15 p.m., a non-commissioned officer serving with the 72nd Special Operations Brigade was seriously injured during a regular training activity involving jumping from a helicopter into the Danube-Tisza-Danube Canal, while the search for another non-commissioned officer involved in the incident is still ongoing.

After being given first aid, the injured man was immediately transported to the General Hospital in Vršac.

The public will be informed about the results of the search for the missing member of the 72nd Special Operations Brigade and the condition of the injured NCO.
