Soldiers performing military service undergo skills assessment

Assessment of individual skills of soldiers who started performing their military service in June this year was completed today at the Serbian Armed Forces specialized training centres.
The assessment is carried out after the second phase of the first training period and this time, it involved soldiers serving in the infantry, artillery, engineer corps and AD artillery-missile units, as well as in CBRN, logistics, telecommunications and ASW services.

During the two-day skills assessment, the soldiers carried out tactical tasks and demonstrated through practical actions and procedures the acquired knowledge and skills, such as the use of weapons, combat assets and military equipment.

The results indicate that the soldiers have fully mastered the entire training content and that they are prepared to perform tactical combat actions on the battlefield, use different types of weapons and carry out the branch/service-specific tasks.
Soldiers of the “June 2023” intake are now to be transferred to SAF units, where they will spend the remaining three months of their military service receiving collective training.
