Transport Information for Visitors of Demonstration of Capabilities of Serbian Armed Forces “Granite 2023”
As the Secretariat for Public Transport announced, on Saturday, due to the demonstration of capabilities of the Serbian Armed Forces "Granite 2023” at the military airfield "Colonel-Pilot Milenko Pavlović” in Batajnica, there will be changes in the work of public transport lines from 7.00 to 16.00 hours as follows:
Colonel Milenko Pavlović Street will be closed for all traffic in the segment from the intersection with Jovana Brankovića Street and Carica Jelena Street to the intersection with Novosadska Street and Draga Mihailović Street in Batajnica (except for the vehicles of temporary local bus line 706АМ) which is why the public service vehicles will go as follows:
- Buses of the line No, 700 will drive from the terminus “Batajnica (railway station)”, through streets Matrozova, Carica Jelena, Jovana Brankovića, Sava Grkinić, Vojvođanske Brigade and onwards through regular route;
- Buses on lines No. 73, 706 and 706Е will drive through streets Majora Zorana Radosavljevića, Carice Jelene, Matrozova to the terminus “Batajnica (railway station)”
- Buses on the line No. 702 will drive through streets Šangajska, Mladih gorana to the temporary terminus “Batajnica (Šangajska)”;
- Buses on the line No. 703 are to be divided in two parts, namely:
- Line 703L: temporary terminus “Batajnica (Šangajska)”, Mladih gorana, Šangajska, Put za Ugrinovce, Beogradska to the terminus “Ugrinovci”;
- Line 703L1: terminus Zemun/Kej Oslobođenja/, Marka Nikolića, dr Jovana Subotića, Stevana Markovića, Glavna, Trg Branka Radičevića, Cara Dušana, Batajnički drum, Batajnički drum 6. Deo, Batajnički drum 17. Deo, Slobodana Bajića Batajnički drum, Majora Zorana Radosavljevića, (Matrozova, Carice Jelene direction to Kej Oslobođenja), Stevana Dubajića, Kralja Radoslava, Vojvode Nikole Stanjevića, Matrozova to terminus “Batajnica (railway station);
- Temporary local bus line 706АМ is established to drive from “Batajnica (railway station)”- Airfield Batajnica. Line route: Batajnica (railway station), Matrozova, Carice Jelene, Pukovnika Milenka Pavlovića, main airfield gate. Vehicles of this line will use all existing stops;
-Temporary local bus line from the direction of Nova Pazova is established to the airfield "Colonel-Pilot Milenko Pavlović” with following stops: Shopping centre BIG (bus stop) - Lukoul gas pump (bus stop) - Nova Pazova - Airfield main gate.
For personal vehicles, along the Milenko Pavlović Street, the traffic from direction of Batajnica to Nova Pazova will go regularly, and the traffic will be completely closed from the direction from Nova Pazova to Batajnica.
The demonstration of capabilities of the Serbian Armed Forces “Granite 2023” is open for citizens from 9 to 15 hours, and the entrance in the military airfield will be enabled from three directions: the main entrance to "Colonel-Pilot Milenko Pavlović" military airfield, the entrance to Aeronautical Plant "Moma Stanojlović", and the entrance to the airfield from the direction of Nova Pazova.
