Faculty of Security Studies students visit Peacekeeping Operations Centre
Professors and students of the Faculty of Security Studies, University of Belgrade, visited the Serbian Armed Forces’ Peacekeeping Operations Centre this week.
The purpose of the visit, which was a continuation of cooperation between our centre and the Faculty of Security Studies, was to acquaint the students of this faculty with the activities that the Serbian Armed Forces carry out in preparation for and while deployed on multinational operations outside the borders of the Republic of Serbia.During the visit, the Peacekeeping Operation Centre’s role and tasks, as well as the history of participation of the Serbian Armed Forces in multinational operations were presented to the students.
Professors and students of the Faculty of Security Studies thanked their hosts for the hospitality, said they were glad to have visited the Peacekeeping Operations Centre and expressed their wish for activities like this to continue in the future as a means to exchange knowledge on security.
