"Basic Course on Strategic Defence Planning" starts



A two-week "Basic Course on Strategic Defence Planning", organized by the Strategic Planning Department, Defence Policy Sector, started today.
  The course, which is being held for the first time at the Strategic Planning Department, with the help of lecturers from the "Field Marshal Radomir Putnik" National Defence School and the Development and Equipment Department (J-5), Serbian Armed Forces General Staff, was opened by the head of the Strategic Planning Department, Colonel Slaven Vujić.
 
Members of the Ministry of Defence, who are attending the course, will learn about the strategic defence planning process, the preparation of basic strategic documents and development planning documents, and will acquire the knowledge needed to participate in that process.
  The same course will be organized for the Serbian Armed Forces members in the period between March 27 and April 7 this year.
