Minister Šutanovac in the Patriarchate



Defence Minister Dragan Sutanovac visited His Holiness Serbian Patriarch Irinej at the Serbian Patriarchate in Belgrade today, on Maundy Thursday.

The reception was attended by archbishop of Hvostan Archdiocese Mr Atanasije, the vicar of the Serbian Patriarch, State Secretary at the Ministry of Defence, Mr Igor Jovicic and Brigadier General Milan Bjelica.

Defence Minister Dragan Sutanovac informed His Holiness about the reform steps that are performed within the defence system, particularly a plan to introduce the chaplain service in the Army.

Both sides expressed satisfaction with the good cooperation with the desire to deepen it.
