Visit by expert working group from German Federal Ministry of Defence
An expert working group from the German Federal Ministry of Defence has visited the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Serbia, as part of the two countries' 2022 Bilateral Military Cooperation Plan.
The four-day visit was an opportunity for eminent guests to get acquainted with the organization and working practices of the Legal Department, Secretariat of the Ministry of Defence, Higher Disciplinary Court-Martial, Higher Military Disciplinary Prosecutor, Military Attorney’s Office and the Peacekeeping Operations Centre of the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff.
During the expert talks, the participants exchanged experiences related to the organization and execution of disciplinary proceedings and the role of legal officers in the defence systems of the two countries.
