New decrees setting out conditions for purchase of flats by members of security forces
The Government of the Republic of Serbia has adopted two new decrees setting out special conditions that members of the security forces have to meet in order to purchase a flat, including the determination of order of potential buyers who meet the prescribed conditions, and the procedure determining the fulfilment of the conditions for the purchase of affordable housing as part of the housing project for members of the security forces.
