President Tadic congratulated on the Military Academy Day



On the occasion of 18th March – the Military Academy Day, I wish to extend my sincere congratulations to all the members of the Military Academy.

After 160 years of experience in training the officer corps, as one of the oldest pillars of the education system in the Republic of Serbia, the Military Academy managed to withstand all the challenges of time with constant reform and adjustment of its curricula thus meeting the highest standards of education of the officer corps in its 160-year long tradition.

The Military Academy is now recognized as a modern, efficient and functional education system that fully responds to the needs of education and scientific activities in the field of defence and security of the Republic of Serbia.

Congratulating you on your holiday, I wish you success in your work and the achievement of the highest European standards in education of our officers continuing the reform of military education and directing them towards the real values of our people in accordance with the good Serbian tradition.
