On occasion of 2 March-the Day of MMA, I congratulate you 166th anniversary of successful work.

Your professional and expert as well as humane attitude towards your patients of many years has made you an institution of national and regional importance.

By procuring state-of-the-art equipment and by opening new facilities we have enabled the citizens of Serbia and SAF member to have medical services at the highest standard, while the fact that your institution has been integrated into the university system of Serbia means that we have enabled education and specialization of military medical personnel.

I am certain that you will retain your positions as a medical leader of both medical theory and practice.
I congratulate you this day once again wishing you much success.
