Spasojevic leads MoD delegation in the visit to Egypt
Undersecretary Dusan Spasojevic with the Deputy Defense Minister of Egypt Major General Mohamed Asar and the Head of the Strategic Planning Department of the Sector for Operations, Brig. Gen. Mohamed Masri Ali issues pertaining to bilateral military cooperation were considered.
The representatives of the defense ministries of the two countries verified the text of the Memorandum of Understanding in the area of defense between the two governments. A mutual agreement was reached that the two ministers should meet in Cairo where the memorandum is to be signed.It was agreed that the fifth session of the mixed Serbian-Egyptian military committee should be held by the end of the year where issues of mutual interest would be considered especially in the field of military economy, military education and military medicine.
The visit also envisions the meeting of Undersecretary Spasojevic with the Assistant Minister of Foreign Hamdi Loza the region.
