Defense Dragan Sutanovac visited the stall of “Galeb” aerial club in the 2nd Hall of Belgrade Fair Venue where the brand Fair is taking place.

-In addition to all the brands exhibited here, this is a non-commercial brand which survives thanks to the enthusiasm of the people dealing with this and who cherish these tradition in the best possible manner, as minister remarked emphasizing that our air craft industry used to be our country’s big export potential.

We exported Galeb G-2 and Galeb G-4, as minister reminded the present. Today we are slowly reclaiming the world market with our training air craft “Lasta” which makes us so very proud. This is the case with our tactical unmanned air craft, known as “vrabac” (the sparrow) which has sparked up interest of foreign armies.

Minister sent a clear message that his visit to the brand fair was to give support to the people in the club and to help these values to be presented to Serbian citizens.

- I am confident that our aerial experts working on aerial dynamic air crafts can make successful projects. Many exhibits were exhibited including the fuselage of Galeb G-2 plane, technical blueprints, photos and items of aerial equipment. Minister then visited other stalls as well.
