Minister Stefanović visits Pink Research and Development Centre
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence Nebojša Stefanović, PhD, has visited the Pink Research and Development Centre (PRDC), which works on the development of unmanned aerial vehicles - drones, and talked to the company management.
Co-owners of the PRDC, Željko Mitrović and Miloš Petrašinović, presented to Minister Stefanović the plant for serial production of drones, drawing special attention to the IKA-20 drone, whose prototype was first shown to the public last year at the Partner Weapons and Military Equipment Fair.
During the tour of the plant, other development projects carried out by Pink Research and Development Centre experts were presented - a series of IKA electric vertical takeoff UAVs, IKA - 01, IKA-MINI, test scaffolding for electric propeller propulsor, turbojet jumpsuit and flight simulator which comes complete with a fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle.
Minister Stefanović also attended the IKA-20 drone flight demonstration and was presented with opportunities for its practical use.
