Expert Talks with Representatives of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation
The Sector for Budget and Finances of the Ministry of Defence is hosting expert talks with representatives of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation in the field of financial operation.
In view of that, Assistant Minister for Budget and Finances Katarina Pavičić talked with Director of Department for Financial Planning Sergey Viktorovich Buglak who leads the Russian delegation.
During the meeting, Assistant Minister Pavičić underscored the successful cooperation between the two ministries in the field of defence financing which has been lasting since 2016, expressing her confidence that the cooperation would contribute to the development of mutual relations and exchange of experience in the field of defence financing.
The topics of the talks will cover the exchange of experiences in the area of defence budget, salaries and emoluments paid to professional members of armed forces, financing of military health insurance, and information systems used in financial operation.
