Minister's congratulatory note on occasion of Christmas holidays



On occasion of New Year and Christmas Holidays I extend warmest congratulations to all the MoD and SAF members.

During this year, besides unfavorable conditions caused by the global economic crisis, we have managed, however, to achieve remarkable results in the reform of the defense system and in promoting it home and abroad.

I am certain that in the year to come, we will be able to continue the reform process with the same commitment and zest, to complete the reorganization of MoD and the professionalization of SAF and to build the defense system capable of successfully countering all security challenges and to be a partner to all the democratic forces in the world.

I wish you much success in your work and a joy of family reunion during the holidays which you will spend with your loved ones in health and happiness.
