Minister Stefanović invites young people to apply for enrolment in military schools

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence Nebojša Stefanović, PhD, invited young people to apply for enrolment in military schools, which is open until 31 March this year, and become members of our brave military.

”The honourable military profession is chosen by those who love their homeland without reservation. Patriotism is the young people’s primary motive when making a decision to receive military education so that they can serve Serbia and join the brave Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces”, Minister Stefanović said.

He adds that enrolling in military schools is a great challenge, but that our people place absolute trust in the military as an institution which works day and night and fights tenaciously for Serbia’s security.

“Therefore, it is a privilege to be part of such an institution. Young people who decide to enrol in our military schools that have excellent reputation worldwide, have the opportunity to acquire unrivalled knowledge and experience and then continuously improve. Also, our military schools offer numerous advantages, from free textbooks to free accommodation and food to secure jobs after graduation”, the Minister of Defence said.

This year, the Military Academy will admit 210 cadets, the Military Medical Academy’s Medical Faculty will admit 40 cadets, the Military Grammar School will enrol 90 and the Secondary Vocational Military School 60 students.
