During their visit to Leskovac, both General Miletic and Minister Sutanovac pointed out that the professionalization of the army opened up new possibilities for better working conditions and for an increase in the number of those interested in the military calling.Minister gave a lecture to the students of the School of National Defense where, among other things, he presented the attendees with the results and guidelines for their future work.
In an interview to ODBRANA magazine on occasion of the Day of the Military technical Institute, the director of the institute, Colonel Mladen Pantic, PhD, stressed that most significant achievements of the previous year would be presented-such as the training plane Lasta, and a mini unmanned air craft, prototype FAP vehicles and the sound metrical system for registering the positions of enemy fire, which has recently been presented in the exercise in Pester.
A successful realization of three exercises during this year and an effective parallel work on the main tasks point to the fact that good organization has been established in the Second Brigade where much has already been done to raise the level of operational capabilities. Al this testifies to the good course the process of professionalization had taken and that the reforms are yielding excellent results.
Daily revenues of the SAF shop are around 50.000 to 70.000 RSD while the revenues for 2008 was 110 million RSD. Since the equipment and devices sold here are of no value to SAF, the revenues are pure benefit.

Proposed amendments to the BiH Constitution should be in line with the unitarian state. These amendments have been made with the support of the US and EU officials and have been presented as a legal basis for reforming today’s state structure of BIh into a functional state system. However, in a state where there is no feeling of belonging to a community, and where state symbols are recognized as their own only by few citizens, it is impossible to recreate a state. A federative model could be the only sustainable solution.
55 years later, the members of the First Class of the Military Academy gathered once again. By the order no. 30 of the Supreme Commander of FNRY armed forces as of 1 September 1954, signed by Josip Broz Tito, the first class of the military academy cadets were made Second Lieutenants who after two-years general military studies, and one year of specialist studies, graduated at the patio of the military Academy in Banjica.
