Spasojevic meets with the Romanian minister of defense
State Secreatry Dusan Spasojevic met with the State Secreatry of the Ministry of National Defense of Romania Viroelo Oanca.During the talks, the Romanian side confirmed its stance on security issues in the Balkan region and gave full support to Serbia joining EU and the regional security initiatives.
It was agreed that the bilateral cooperation was at a high level and that there was still room for its enlargement and improvement. Successfully realized exercises in the previous period gave full contribution to achieving interoperability of the armed forces, and both sides expressed a shared readiness to intensify work on harmonization of international agreements necessary for the continuation of cooperation in this area.
