65 years of the Military Medical Journal
65th anniversary of the Military Medical Journal was marked yesterday at the Military Medical Academy, the medical journal of SAF doctors and pharmaceutical workers. The guests were greeted by the editor-in-chief of the journal Silva Dobric, PhD.
reminding of the history and the development of the military Medical Journal in the period from 1944 to present day, Major General Miodrag Jevtic, MMA head, commended the achievements of the editorial desk and to all magazine affiliates as they are the ones who have enabled the journal to become listed in leading bases of medical journals.Brig. Gen. Veljko Todorovic, Head of the Health Care Department spoke of the future of the journal, and stressed that the journal would not give up its to-date topics based predominantly on military medicine and research.
The editor of the Military medical Journal doctor Silva Dobric gave a brief presentation of the history of the journal and presented the changes in its appearance and contents through years of continuous publication.
The representatives of the Serbian academy of science and MMA congratulated the jubilee while the opera singers of Belgrade Opera House Natasa Jovic and Dejan Maksimovic enriched the whole program.
