Minister Vulin's telephone conversation with the Greek Minister of Defence Panagiotopoulos




The Minister of Defence, Aleksandar Vulin, had a telephone conversation today with the Greek Minister of Defence, Nikolaos Panagiotopoulos, in which he expressed his gratitude to Greece for its continued support in preserving the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Kosovo and Metohija, which is "a confirmation of sincere friendship between the two countries and two nations."
 
Minister Vulin conveyed the greetings of the President of Serbia and the Supreme Commander of the Serbian Armed Forces, Aleksandar Vučić, to the Prime Minister of the Hellenic Republic, Kyriakos Mitsotakis.
 
In the telephone conversation, Minister Vulin highlighted his commitment to continue cooperation in the field of military education at higher academic levels. He thanked his Greek counterpart for the invitation he received for Serbian officers to be trained at Greek military colleges, and invited Greek officers to study at the University of Defence.
 
The Minister of Defence Panagiotopoulos emphasized the commitment to further intensify relations in all areas, including cooperation in the field of defence and cooperation between the armed forces of Serbia and Greece.
 
They have both expressed commitment for the armed forces of Serbia and Greece to continue intensive cooperation in the implementation of joint exercises, exchange of instructors in peacekeeping centres and participation in courses in training centres.
