204th anniversary of the Serbian Council marked



By laying wreaths and paying state and military honors, 204th anniversary of the Serbian Council was marked yesterday.

In the memorial complex, near the monument to Duke Sima Markovic, State Secretary Zoiran Martinovic, as well as the delegation of the Ministry of Defense, of the City of Belgrade and the representatives of the Barajevo municipality and of NGOs committed to cherishing traditions of Serbian liberation wars.

The ceremony was attended by the members of the Church, of the diplomatic crops and of the Serbian Diaspora from a large number of countries in the world.

Organizers of the ceremony are the Sector for the Protection of Warriors and Invalids of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, of the Ministry of Defense and Barajevo Municipality.
