Training soldiers in giving military honours
September 2019 generation of soldiers doing military service, who were assigned to the Command Battalion of the Training Command after completing the first training period, are being trained these days in giving military honours.
Together with professional soldiers and their commanders in the Honour Company, soldiers doing military service are practising military drill with M59/66A semi-automatic rifles that are used on these occasions.Preparations for giving military honours begin with the selection of personnel, followed by practising to bring all actions to perfection.
The soldiers of the September generation doing voluntary military service were assigned to the units of the Serbian Armed Forces upon completion of the specialist training in the training centres. They are actively included in the life and work of the units in which they are engaged in other military tasks in addition to collective training.
