Nebeske Vidre won state championship in parachuting



At 55th state championship in classical parachutists disciplines, held in the period 4-8 July in Davidovac airfield near Paracin, the SAF parachutists team Nebeske Vidre won first place in the discipline of team jump on the target.

Military parachutists were also successful in the individual jump discipline where Radmila Djuric, NCO won the title of state champion in women’s competition, while NCO Sinisa Micic won second place in men’s competition.

The first place went to Radoslav KOrac, multi state champion and a former colleague from 63rd paratroopers brigade, who is now competing for “Phoenix” team from Belgrade.

In the words of Slobodan Jovanovic, the team leader of Nebeske Vidre, this was just a preparation for the upcoming 34th world championship in parachuting., to be held from 14 to 23 August in Lucenec, Slovakia with over 130 participating countries.
