Congratulations by the Minister of Defense on the occasion of the Day of the Engineers
Congratulations to all Engineers on the occasion of 6 November – Day of the Engineers.
On this day in 1865, the Amendment to the Law on the Regulation of the Military of 1864 was passed by the Principality of Serbia, thus establishing the Engineering Branch.
Over the recent years, you have shown that the Serbian Armed Forces, namely members of the Engineering, work for the benefit of their nation and provide selfless assistance to Serbian citizens whenever necessary. Thanks to your expertise, dedication and responsibility, you have completed the most difficult tasks.
Wishing that your previous success would be an impetus for the future ones, and convinced that you will continue to contribute to the development of the Engineering Branch and the Land Forces in general, I congratulate you on this holiday.
