Telegram of condolences to the Secretary of Defense of the USA Mark Esper
Minister of Defense of the Republic of Serbia, Aleksandar Vulin sent a telegram of condolences to the Secretary of Defense of the United States of America Mark Esper, following the loss of lives of soldiers of the US Armed Forces in Georgia.
The telegram states:
“It is with grief and sorrow that I received the news of a tragic accident in which three soldiers were killed, and several were injured during training at the Fort Stewart Base in Georgia. The Serbs know fully well the pain of losing a soldier’s life and sympathize with your pain.
On behalf of all members of the Ministry of Defense and the Serbian Armed Forces and me personally, please accept expressions of sincere condolences for the loss of cadet lives.
Please pass sincere condolences to the families of the soldiers who died, and wishes for a quick recovery to the injured.”
