Meeting of the Ministers of Defense of Serbia and Belarus





Minister of Defense of the Republic of Serbia, Aleksandar Vulin met today during Xiangshan Forum in Beijing with the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Belarus, Lieutenant-General Andrei Ravkov.
 
Serbian Minister of Defense once again thanked his Belarus colleague for the donation of four MiG – 29s and his personal engagement to have the repair of the aircraft completed within the timeframe agreed.
 
The Ministers agreed that the cooperation between the two countries in the area of defense was developed. During constructive and friendly conversation, mutual readiness and interest was expressed to further pursue the improvement of military-military and military-technical cooperation. 
Minister Ravkov extended an invitation to the Serbian Minister of Defense for an official visit to the Republic of Belarus at the beginning of next year.
