State Secretary meets with a delegation of the Religious Service of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation
State Secretary at the Ministry of Defense Aleksandar Živković met today with a three-member delegation of the Religious Service of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, led by the Head of the Directorate for Cooperation with Religious Communities of the Main Military-Political Administration of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, Surovcev Alexandr Ivanovich.
The meeting was also attended by the Head of Human Resources Department of the General Staff of the Serbian Armed Forces (J-1), Brigadier General Savo Iriškić, Head of the Religious Services Colonel Saša Milutinović, and Chief Chaplain of the SAF, Major Slađan Vlajić.
The topic of today’s meeting was the cooperation of religious services of the Serbian Armed Forces and the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and exchange of experience.
As it was pointed out, the cooperation with the Armed Forces of the Russian Armed Forces provides for the continuation of the development of Religious Service in the Serbian Armed Forces, as well as for improving the relations of our Armed Forces.
