Pilot Rade Randjelovic buried with state honors
The remains of pilot Rade Randjelovic were buried yesterday at Novo Groblje cemetery with state honors.The burial was attended by the President of Serbia Boris Tadic, Defense Minister Dragan Sutanovac, SAF GS Chief LTG Miloje Miletic, the Minister of the Interior Ivica Dacic, the representatives of MoD, SAF GS, Air Force, family and friends.
Brigadier General Mirko Vranic, commander of 204th aviation base, gave the eulogy. Pilot Randjelovic waswho was posthumously promoted into the rank of ColonelRade Randjelovic was born in Bajina Basta in 1962. He graduated from MA in 1985 and was one of the best pilots and in 204th aviation base he was Chief of HQ. He participated in numeorus air shows, the last being in Cenej, near Novi Sad on 31 May this year.
