Congratulations to all members of the River Units on the Day of this Branch – 6 August.
Continuing the tradition more than a century long that started with the launch of the first Serbian river warship “Jadar” in Belgrade, marking the official establishment of the Serbian River Flotilla, through your everyday engagement, responsibility and professional approach to work you demonstrate commitment to tasks assigned, thus making a significant contribution to the development of the defense system and the Serbia Armed Forces.
Due to supreme professionalism and competence, active participation in national and multinational exercises and multinational operations, as well as the humanity of your members, you set a positive example for others and emphasize the importance of your lineage and the River Flotilla, not only in the Serbian Armed Forces, but also in our society as a whole.
Convinced that you will continue to contribute to the advancement of your units with equal success and persistence in the future I congratulate you on this holiday.
