Congratulatory Message of the Minister of Defence on the Occasion of the Day of Directorate for Standardisation, Codification and Metrology



 
I congratulate 5th July – Day of Directorate for Standardisation, Codification and Metrology to all its members.
 
Today, in memory of the day when more than a century ago, upon the Law of Miloš Obrenović, Artillery Department adopted the first standard in the Principality of Serbia “Administration of all technical files compiled by technical bodies”, you celebrate your holiday, successfully conducting the work of standardisation, codification and metrology.
 
With their professional approach to work, your members provide full contribution to development and implementation of international agreements, contracts, protocols and plans for military technical cooperation.
 
Desiring that you continue promoting the work in your profession and in this field significant both for the Ministry of Defence and Serbian Armed Forces, and the Republic of Serbia as a whole, I congratulate this holiday to you.
