Minister presents awards to the most successful cadets, and sports events organizers
Minister of Defense Dragan Sutanovac awarded the officers and cadets who contributed to “Diplomac 2009” demo exercise and the organization of 42nd world military championship in marathon and 1st FIFA-CISM FOOTSAL CUP.The cadets at their final demo exercise demonstrated a high level of capability for the officers’ duties they are to assume this fall. Minister awarded watches to the top of the class Jegarcev Vladimir, Petrovic Darko, Stankulic Bojan and Krstovic Dalibor.
The Ministry of Defense and the Serbian Armed Forces have for the first time organized the world military championship in marathon and FOOTSAL cup. Minister also presented awards to the group of officers, led by Colonel Branko Boskovic for their contribution to successful organization of these events.The reception and the awarding ceremony was also attended by State Secretary Zoran Jeftic and Major General Vidosav Kovacevic, Head of the Military Academy.
