Minister attends specialist paper presentation
Minister of Defense Dragan Sutanovac attended at the School of National Defense the presentation of the specialist paper done by 252nd class of GS college.This is a very interesting paper of eight high-ranking SAF officers done on the following topic” Basis for the army’s development study” which was elaborated in several chapters, the most important being the achieved level in developing the army and the 2010 projection.
Bearing in mind the threats SAF is facing, the risks and threats in security, missions and tasks of the army, as well as the experiences and the practice of developed armies, the authors presented one of the possible concepts for developing SAF army component which will be able to adequately respond to challenges and to become interoperable with other armies, including readiness reach SAF’s strategic goals.Minister stressed that collective defense of this specialist paper in the school of defense showed that the quality of education in this school has improved, as this paper equals a PHD thesis, while also suggesting practical ways to solve problems.
