Minister Vulin: Only united can the Serbs solve their national issue

“Where the Serbs do not have their own policeman, where they do not have their judge, where they do not pass their laws, where they do not speak under their name, there is neither peace nor security nor justice for them. That is why the police is so important, that is why it is important that Republika Srpska be safe and strong”, Defence Minister Aleksandar Vulin said congratulating Minister Dragan Lukač and all members of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska their holiday.

He wished them to continue to take care of all the citizens of the Republika Srpska in peace, order, security, that terrorist attacks never repeat again, and for them to be there as security for their country and their people.

“As long as President Aleksandar Vučić leads a strong, stable, economically, militarily and diplomatically strong Serbia, Republika Srpska can be calm and peaceful, because Serbia will be there to help, preserve, improve, and strengthen. As long as Serbia is stable and peaceful, Republika Srpska will be able to be sure of its future and the future of its children”, Minister Vulin said.

“All Serbs, wherever they live, should know that decisions in Belgrade are always made through thinking and taking care of all Serbs. We all need to know and understand that we all have to speak in one voice, that we must have one and unique policy no matter where we live, because that is the only way to be saved and solve the Serbian national issue. Only united, standing together, with only one voice, only from one place”, minister of defence pointed out.
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior of the Republic of Serbia, Nebojša Stefanović, congratulating the police officers of Republika Srpska on their holiday, pointed to the extent to which the police work is stressful and that the public often has no understanding of what police officers sacrifice for their work, because they never know what can they expect at work.

- I have great respect for the police of Republika Srpska. We have been working with colleagues from Republika Srpska for almost five years and I could see how great professionals they are and how much they are are fighting for the people of Republika Srpska to be safe and secure, how much they are combating organised crime – Minister Stefanović stressed as he was awarded on the occasion of today's holiday of the Police of Republika Srpska a Golden Badge of the Police for his outstanding contribution and cooperation.

Minister Stefanovic wished colleagues from Republika Srpska to face as little problems and challenges as possible in their future work, and to come out as winners from them, adding that the police of Serbia and Srpska work together because that is what our citizens demand from us and because we want to provide citizens with better security.

Minister of Defence Aleksandar Vulin, together with Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Serbia and Minister of Interior Nebojša Stefanović, attended the parastos for the perished members of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska and wreath-laying ceremony at the Central Memorial and then the Central Ceremony at the Training Center in Zalužani, where members of SAJ performed a demonstration exercise and a static display of arms and military equipment was shown.
