Over the eight years of your existence, you have successfully educated personnel at all levels of study and career development for the defense system, thus creating a professional officer qualified to perform missions and tasks of the Serbian Armed Forces.
I am convinced that, as before, you will continue to educate and train personnel to take on important responsibilities in the process of strengthening and reinforcing the national and regional securities, which is an active contribution to the development of the social community of the Republic of Serbia.
