Telegram of Condolence from Minister Vulin to his Indian Colleague Sitharaman
Following the accident in Cashmere in which died Indian soldiers and civilians, Minister of Defence of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vulin sent a telegram of condolence to the Minister of Defence of the Republic of India Nirmala Sitharaman.
“The tragedy that happened in Cashmere in the area of Pulwam, in which died and were injured Indian soldiers and innocent civilian population, showed once again that security risks and threats affect all free men.
In this difficult moment, my thoughts and the thoughts of all the members of the Ministry of Defence and Serbian Armed Forces remain with the Indian people.
Please convey sympathies and sincere condolences, on my behalf and on behalf of all the members of the Ministry of Defence and Serbian Armed Forces, to the families of the perished and our wishes for speedy recovery to the injured.” the telegram reads.
