Telegram of condolences to the Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation
Minister of Defence of the Republic of Serbia, Aleksandar Vulin, sent a telegram of condolences to the Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation General of the Army, Sergei Kuzugetovich Shoigu, on the occasion of the attack in Kerch, Crimea, where students of this school were injured. The telegram says:
“Dear General Shoigu, dear friend,
There are few peoples that, like Serbian and Russian peoples, know how painful deaths of young people can be. There are few peoples that, like Serbian and Russian peoples, know how much the loss of lives is mourned. There are few peoples that, like Serbian and Russian peoples, understand someone else's pain.
When a soldier is killed, it is hard, when the child is killed, it is too hard.
Dear colleague, please accept the deepest condolences of all members of the Serbian Armed Forces and be sure that every wound of your people is our wound and every child killed is our child.”
