President Vučić on military parade in Moscow




 
President of the Republic of Serbia and Supreme Commander of the Serbian Armed Forces, Aleksandar Vučić, was in Moscow on a military parade on 9th May, the Day of Victory over Fascism.
 
President Vučić, who stayed in Russia at the invitation of the President and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, said that Serbia had the honour to be presented at the highest level by the host and in the most beautiful way.
 
Ministers of defence and internal affairs, Aleksandar Vulin and Nebojša Stefanović, respectively, also stayed in Russia with President Vučić.
 
President Vučić is the first foreign leader with whom the Russian president met after the inauguration. Earlier, at the official meeting, the two presidents discussed, among other things, the enhancement of military-technical cooperation between the Serbian Armed Forces and the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
 
After a magnificent military parade, with the participation of 13,000 soldiers, the two presidents also took part in the march of “Immortal Regiment”.
