The session of the Managing Board of “Sloboda Cacak ltd.” arms factory which was discontinued on 16 April 2009 was held yesterday.
The session was attended by the members of the Managing Board and the representatives of the syndicate.
It was unanimously confirmed that the to-date CEO Mr. Radomir Ljujic ends his term on 16 April 2009 and the following decisions were adopted.
-Mr. Ozren Markovic is appointed the new Acting CEO of the factory.
- The Managing Board is to post an ad for the position of CEO.
- Members of the Committee for the transfer of CEO’s duty were elected
- Proceedings which would harmonize CEO’s entitlement to 6 average salaries in the company as stipulated in the contract are to be initiated.
