Telegram of condolences to US Secretary of Defense James Mattis
Serbian Defence Minister Aleksandar Vulin sent a telegram of condolences to US Secretary of Defense James Mattis on the occasion of the death of pilots after the fall of the F-18 Hornet military aircraft in Florida.
The telegram reads:
"The terrible accident and death of two pilots when “F-18 Hornet”plane crashed while approaching the Navy base on the Island of Key West warn of all the risks which the soldiers face daily.
On behalf of all members of the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces and me personally, I would like to extend to you and the families of the perished the heartfelt condolences and sympathy.
