Telegram of Condolences for the Secretary of Defence of the USA
Minister of Defence of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vulin has sent a telegram of condolences to the Secretary of Defence of the United States of America James Mattis, following the tragic event in a high school in the town of Parkland, Florida. The telegram reads:
“I was shocked by the news about the mindless act of killing and wounding the pupils and teachers of the high school in the town of Parkland in Florida which provoked in me a feeling of sincere sorrow and great sadness.
On behalf of the members of the Ministry of Defence and Serbian Armed Forces and me personally, please accept our heartfelt sympathies and condolences for the tragic loss of lives of children on the threshold of their maturity and their teachers and all innocent citizens.
Please convey our condolences to the families of the perished, and to the injured, our wishes for quick recovery.”
