Latest issue of ODBRANA brings to you



On occasion of 10 years since the bombing of Serbia, and FRY, the NATO Alliance embarked on 24 March 1999, the commemorative wreaths were laid all over the country.
The Minister of Defense Dragan Sutanovac stated during his visit to Sarajevo that good relations between BiH and Serbia should be the pillar of good relations between the countries. During his visit to Banjaluka, he spoke discussed with RS officials the possibilities for promoting the cooperation of Serbia with Republika Srpska.

pointed out that the to-date cooperation with BiH has strengthened regional security and safety, which should be our shared goal and responsibility.
60 years of “Vojno Delo” military magazine has been marked. This magazine ranks as one of the largest data basis in the Former Yugoslavia in the area of defense policy, organization of defense systems and war skills, said Minister Sutanovac at the celebration of this jubilee.

The members of the Army Second Brigade performed tactical exercise “Prolece 2009” including allocation of forces and providing support to civil authorities in relief missions in the wake of natural disasters. The units demonstrated a high level of capability and readiness as well as preparedness to carry out the third mission of SAF.

Upon the proposal of the Department for Defense Obligations, MoD, the Draft Acts of Military, Material and Working Obligation and Civil Service, and after the public discussion the Government accepted this proposal, forwarding these drafts to the National Assembly for adoption. What rights and obligations will the citizens have in the future, and how will the conscientious objector’s right be applied?

In its 36th year of existence, the Technical Testing Center, has finally created conditions to make significant progress and advances in operability, crucial conditions-according to many.
