In today’s joint action of the Military Security Agency and the Police Force of Serbia in cooperation with Special Prosecutor’s Office, 6 persons were apprehended suspected of organized crime activities within a criminal group led by a retired captain Goran Mojovic. The persons arrested are Colonel Miroslav Radovanovic, Head of the Psychiatry Clinic and of the Group of Psychiatry Clinics, civil servants of MoD Branko Losic and Srboljub Srtojanac, retired majors Vladan Lausevic and Jovo Cevap and retired senior sergeant Ivko Lisica.

These persons are accused of having abused their functions and forging identification cards, thus providing a certain number of persons to illegally claim apartments and to buy these apartments off.

The group would make a fictive medical and other documentation, which made housing applicants eligible to obtain and buy off these flats.

In the same manner, they provided other persons with the right to, which they would otherwise not have had, to get the right to claim pension, invalid benefits and payment for non-material damages.

To date the estimated damages total several tens of millions RSD.
