Ten percent increase of salaries in the Armed Forces
As announced at the joint meeting of Minister of Defence Aleksandar Vulin and Minister of Interior Minister Nebojsa Stefanović and Director of the Security and Information Agency Bratislav Gašić, the security sector received an increase of 10%, which was confirmed by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Serbia Ana Brnabić, in Kruševac, today, presenting the results of the first hundred days of the work of the Government with the members of her cabinet.
The Prime Minister pointed out that significant results have been achieved in education, health care, tourism, transport and infrastructure, noting in particular that it was in that period that the MiG-29 fighter jets were procured for the armed forces for the first time during the last thirty years.
Earlier that day, Prime Minister Brnabić visited production plant of the factory "14th October" with Minister of Defence Aleksandar Vulin, Minister of Interior Nebojša Stefanović, Minister of Economy Goran Knežević, Minister of Labor, Employment, Veterans and Social Affairs Zoran Đorđević, Mayor of Kruševac Dragi Nestorović and representatives of the Tetra company.
